The invention discloses a fabricated steel pipe concrete column steel beam high-ductility joint and a construction method. The fabricated steel pipe concrete column steel beam high-ductility joint comprises a steel pipe concrete column, wherein an upper through partition plate and a lower through partition plate are arranged on a column body of the steel pipe concrete column in a penetrating mode,and an H-shaped steel beam is clamped between the upper through partition plate and the lower through partition plate; at least three sets of symmetrical long circular holes are formed in a flange plate of the H-shaped steel beam and the through partition plate on the same side jointly, and the flange plate and the through partition plate are fixed to each other through connecting pieces; a web connecting plate is arranged on one side of a web of the H-shaped steel beam; and at least three sets of symmetrical circular holes are formed in the web connecting plate and the web jointly, and the web connecting plate and the web are fixed to each other through connecting pieces. The steel beam connecting joint and the construction method thereof are simple in structure, high in practicability and suitable for the steel pipe concrete column.
