Connection construction method for concrete shear walls
The invention discloses a connection construction method for concrete shear walls. The connection construction method comprises the following steps that 1, upper vertical steel bars and lower verticalsteel bars are machined; 2, an upper shear wall is prefabricated; 3, a lower shear wall is prefabricated; 4, the upper surface of the lower shear wall prefabricated in the third step is coated with alayer of mortar, the upper shear wall prefabricated in the second step is hoisted to the lower shear wall, and a connecting sleeve and an upper connector are screwed together; and 5, upper mounting holes and lower mounting holes are poured with the mortar to complete the connection operation between the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall. The connection construction method has the advantages that factory prefabrication of the upper shear wall and the lower shear wall is realized, so that the construction period is shortened; the upper mounting holes and the mounting holes only need tobe poured in the construction site, and the wet operation amount is small, so that the construction period is further shortened, and the operation difficulty is reduced; and the connecting sleeve andthe upper connector are screwed together so that the mechanical connection between the vertical steel bars can be achieved, and the construction is simple and rapid.
本发明公开了一种混凝土剪力墙的连接施工方法,包括以下步骤:第一步,加工上竖向钢筋和下竖向钢筋;第二步,预制上剪力墙;第三步,预制下剪力墙;第四步,在第三步中预制得到的下剪力墙的上表面一层涂抹砂浆,将第二步中预制的上剪力墙吊装至下剪力墙上,将连接套筒与上连接头旋拧在一起;第五步,向上安装孔和下安装孔内灌注砂浆,完成上剪力墙和下剪力墙的连接作业。本发明优点在于实现了上剪力墙和下剪力墙的工厂预制,缩短了施工周期,在施工现场仅需要灌注上安装孔和安装孔即可,湿作业量少,进一步缩短了施工周期,降低了作业难度。本发明通过将连接套筒和上连接头旋拧在一起即可实现竖向钢筋的机械连接,施工简单快速。
