The invention provides a supporting frame used for a waffle plate and relates to the technical field of heavy roof structure construction on a waffle plate of an electronic production workshop. The supporting frame is supported below a large-span heavy truss. The supporting frame comprises column foot anchorage parts embedded with the waffle plate, an assembling type supporting structure connectedwith the column foot anchorage parts through assembling joints, a conversion beam fixed to the upper portion of the assembling type supporting structure, a supporting beam mounted on the conversion beam, and an adjusting part mounted on the upper portion of the supporting beam. The manner of connecting the supporting frame structure and the waffle plate through the anchorage parts is used, the large-span heavy truss can be supported under the condition that the floor waffle plate is not damaged, the assembling type structure does not damage the supporting frame, the whole structure repeated use rate is improved, the whole construction cost is saved, the joints can be assembled and disassembled, convenience is brought to transport of a supporting frame part, the part can be wholly dismounted into a scattered part, the transport efficiency can be greatly improved, and the transport cost can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种用于华夫板的支撑架，支撑于大跨重型桁架的下方涉及电子类生产车间华夫板上重型屋面结构施工技术领域，包括与华夫板嵌固的柱脚锚固件、通过组装节点与柱脚锚固件连接的组装式支撑结构、固定于组装式支撑结构上部的转换梁、安装于转换梁上的支撑梁、以及安装于支撑梁上部的调节件。本发明支撑架结构和华夫板通过锚固件连接的方式，可以满足在不破坏楼面华夫板的情况下，能够支撑起大跨重型桁架。装配式结构对支撑架没有损伤，提高了整个结构的重复利用率，节约了整个施工的成本。节点可组装拆卸，为支撑架构件的运输带来了方便，可以将构件整体拆成散件，大大提高了运输效率，降低了运输成本。
