Provided is a spring hinge structure of a pull-down turnover plate for a grill. The grill comprises a combustion chamber, and the combustion chamber is provided with a combustion chamber side plate and a combustion chamber front surface plate. An elastic hinge assembly is arranged between the combustion front surface plate and the combustion chamber side plate and comprises a hinge body and a hinge seat fixed to the combustion chamber side plate, the hinge body and the combustion front surface plate are in matched connection, and the hinge body is provided with a limiting groove. The hinge seat is provided with a connecting arm, and the connecting arm is located in the limiting groove. A running fit part is arranged at the position, corresponding to the connecting arm, in the hinge body, so that the connecting arm is relatively and rotationally arranged in the limiting groove, and the relative rotating angle of the connecting arm or the hinge body is limited through the limiting groove. The running fit part comprise a hinge elastic part. The combustion chamber front surface plate is opened, and in the relative rotating process of the hinge body or the hinge seat, the hinge elasticpart is extruded through the running fit part. The combustion chamber front surface plate is closed, and the hinge elastic part is reset, so that the combustion chamber front surface plate is automatically closed. The spring hinge structure effectively replaces manual push-pull operation to open the front surface plate of the grill.
