Ultra-low energy consumption building outer window structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides an ultra-low energy consumption building outer window structure and a construction method thereof. The ultra-low energy consumption building outer window structure comprises base layer wall bodies with outer window openings, windows, heat insulation cushion layer assemblies and heat preservation layers, wherein each heat insulation cushion layer assembly comprises a first part and a second part which form an included angle, the tops and the bottoms of the outer window openings are provided with the heat insulation cushion layer assemblies, the first parts cover the topsor the bottoms of the outer window openings, and the second parts are tightly attached to the outer wall positions of the base layer wall bodies; the windows are embedded in the outer window openings,the windows comprise window frames connected with the outer window openings, and the tops and the bottoms of the window frames are fixedly connected with the first parts on the corresponding positions; and the outdoor sides of the window frames are on the same plane with the outer sides of the second parts, and the heat preservation layers are installed on the base layer wall bodies, and cover the second parts and the parts of the window frames. Under the condition that the heat preservation layers are thin in thickness and insufficient to cover the window frames, the air tightness, heat preservation property and heat bridge-free requirements of the ultra-low energy consumption building outer window structure can be met.
本发明提供了一种超低能耗建筑外窗结构及其施工方法,包括开设有一外窗洞口的基层墙体、窗户、隔热垫层组件和保温层,隔热垫层组件包括构成一夹角的第一部分和第二部分;在外窗洞口的顶部和底部分别各安装一隔热垫层组件,第一部分覆盖安装在外窗洞口的顶部或底部,第二部分紧贴安装在基层墙体的外墙处;窗户镶嵌安装于外窗洞口上,窗户包括与外窗洞口连接的窗框,窗框的顶部和底部分别与对应位置上的第一部分固定连接;窗框的室外一侧与第二部分的外侧在同一平面上;保温层安装在基层墙体上,并覆盖第二部分以及部分窗框。在保温层厚度较薄不足以覆盖窗框的情况下,本发明能够满足超低能耗建筑外窗结构的气密性、保温性以及无热桥的要求。
