A rotary aluminum alloy door and window comprise a window frame and a window sash. A first rotation assembly is arranged between the lower side of the window sash and the lower side of the inner wallof the window frame, and a second rotation assembly is arranged between the upper side of the window sash and the upper side of the inner wall of the window frame. A positioning assembly is arranged between a first rotation column and a first rotation hole and comprises a sliding hole vertically formed in the bottom of the first rotation hole, a positioning column which is vertically in sliding connection into the sliding hole, a positioning hole vertically formed in the bottom of the first rotation column and a first spring which is arranged in the sliding hole and pushes the top of the positioning column to be embedded in the positioning hole. The positioning column and the positioning hole are circumferentially fixed, and the depth of the sliding hole is larger than or equal to the length of the positioning column. A control assembly is arranged on the indoor side of the window frame. The top of the positioning column is embedded in the positioning hole through upward elastic forceof the first spring, and since the positioning hole and the positioning column are circumferentially fixed, the positioning column and the window sash are fixedly connected, and the positioning columnfirmly fixes the window sash.
