Provided is a self-rotating type lifting shutter. By arranging a wire winder and a lifting device, when the lifting device is moved up or down, on one hand, the lifting of the shutter can be realized,and on the other hand, a winding wheel on the wire winder can be rotated clockwise or anticlockwise, and therefore the turning of slats is controlled; and the effect of integrating the lifting and turning of the slats of the shutter is realized, the structure is simple, processing cost is low, and installing is convenient.
一种自转动式升降百叶窗，通过设置卷线器以及升降装置，当往上或往下移动升降装置时，一方面可以实现百叶的升降，另一方面又可以使卷线器上的卷轮顺时针或者逆时针转动，从而控制着叶片的翻转；达到了百叶窗叶片升降和翻转一体化的效果，结构简单，加工成本低，安装方便。
