The invention discloses an assembly part. The assembly part comprises a sleeve and an inner core, wherein the sleeve is provided with a middle through hole, the inner core comprises at least two connecting buckles, a connecting buckle is arranged in the middle through hole of the sleeve, elastic elements are connected between circumferential end portions of the connecting buckles, internal threadsare formed on inner side walls of the connecting buckles, when the inner core is not stressed, the connecting buckles partially protrude out of the end portions of the sleeve, when the inner core isstressed, the connecting buckles can be oppositely closed to drive the elastic elements to store energy, and the connecting buckles can axially move relative to the sleeve. The invention further discloses a water outlet faucet. The assembly part can be quickly assembled and disassembled, and is simple in structure and low in cost.
