The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite stone plate. The preparation method includes the steps that raw materials are mixed to obtain a first mixture and a second mixture; the first mixture or the second mixture is distributed into a mold; a loose first layer is formed; the first layer is pre-pressed, and the other mixture is distributed to obtain a green body; and then vibrating and thermal curing are carried out to obtain a finished product of the composite stone plate, wherein the first mixture does not contain calcium carbonate, and the second mixture contains calcium carbonate. The preparation method adopts a double-layer material distribution method to form the composite stone plate with a layered structure, wherein calcium carbonate is not added into a formula ofa top layer, so that the top layer is high in hardness, and the acid and alkali resistance and stain resistance are excellent; and calcium carbonate is added in a bottom layer, the use amount of resin can be effectively reduced, and the cost of raw materials is reduced.
本发明公开了一种复合石板的制备方法,其包括,将原料混合,得到第一混合料和第二混合料;第一混合料或第二混合料布料至模具之中;形成松散的第一层;预压第一层进行预压,并布料另一混合料,得到坯体;进而振压、热固化,得到复合石板成品;其中,所述第一混合料中不包括碳酸钙,所述第二混合料中包括碳酸钙。本发明采用双层布料的方法,形成了具有分层结构的复合石板;其中,顶层的配方之中不加入碳酸钙,使得顶层硬度高,耐酸碱性、耐污性优良;底层之中加入碳酸钙,可有效减少树脂的用量,降低了原料成本。
