The invention relates to a stain-resistant decoration and heat preservation integrated plate. The integrated plate includes a panel, two ends of the panel are folded inwards to form a middle groove, afireproof cloth, a heat preservation layer and a glass fiber mat are sequentially arranged in the groove from inside to outside, modified polyurethane is filled between the heat preservation layer and the glass fiber mat, and an interface treatment layer, a facing layer and a stain-resistant layer are sequentially arranged on the panel. Filling with the modified polyurethane greatly improves theheat preservation performance and the structural strength of the integrated board, and compared with plates simply adopting modified polyurethane as the heat preservation layer, the integrated plate of the invention saves the cost, has a better fireproof performance, so market promotion is facilitated; and the panel is sequentially provided with the interface treatment layer, the facing layer andthe stain-resistant layer, so that the plate of the invention has the good stain-resistant performance.
