The garbage treatment device comprises a garbage classification module for classifyingwater surface garbage collected on the ship body according to the water content and crushing the water surface garbage, a garbage flushing module for flushing the crushed water surface garbage, and agarbage spin-drying module for carrying out spin-drying on the flushed water surface garbage. The garbage compression device is used for compressing and packaging the spin-dried water surface garbage.According to the invention, the salvaging operation on water surface garbage can be completed and the subsequent cleaning operation can be conducted on the salvaged water surface garbage, so that thecleaning efficiency of the water surface garbage is greatly improved, and the manual work intensity is effectively reduced.
