The invention discloses a mixed slurry for constructional engineering. The mixed slurry is prepared by stirring cement, emulsified asphalt and gelatin, and specifically comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of cement, 20 to 50 parts of emulsified asphalt and 5 to 10 parts of gelatin, and further comprises an additive, wherein the additive comprises 1-5 parts of isa modifier, 1-2 parts of a water repellent and 1-2 parts of a coupling agent, the modifier comprises a resin, a high-molecular polymer and ground rubber powder, the water repellent is one or two selected from an organic silicon water repellent and calcium stearate, and the coupling agent is N-(beta-aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane. The invention provides the mixed slurry for constructional engineering, wherein emulsified asphalt is creatively utilized to be matched with cement and gelatin to serve as the waterproof and anti-corrosion slurry for construction, so that the waterproof and anti-corrosion effects of the building slurry are improved, and the application prospect is strong.
