Inorganic fireproof plate and surface treatment method thereof
The invention discloses an inorganic fireproof plate. The inorganic fireproof plate is produced from, by weight, 220-300 parts of perlite powder, 10-18 parts of gypsum powder, 5-8 parts of an accelerator, 12-16 parts of a water repellent, 51-63 parts of silica gel, 43-52 parts of straw powder, 3-5 parts of polydimethylcyclosiloxane and 18-31 parts of glass fibers. The perlite powder is frozen andthen heated to effectively improve the toughness of the perlite powder, the fireproof performance can be effectively improved under the combination effect of the perlite powder, the gypsum powder, thesilica gel, the straw powder and the glass fiber, and the plasticity of the fireproof plate can be improved due to the good toughness of the perlite powder so as to prevent the fireproof plate from being broken under pressure. The polydimethylcyclosiloxane can improve the hydrophobicity of the fireproof plate and makes demolding convenient when the plate is pressed.
本发明公开了一种无机防火板材,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:珍珠岩石粉220‑300份、石膏粉10‑18份、速凝剂5‑8份、憎水剂12‑16份、氧化硅凝胶51‑63份、秸秆粉43‑52份、多聚二甲基环硅氧烷3‑5份、玻璃纤维18‑31份。本发明通过对珍珠岩石粉进行冷冻后再升温,能够有效改善珍珠岩石粉的韧性,在其与石膏粉、氧化硅凝胶、秸秆粉、玻璃纤维的组合作用下,能够有效提高其防火性能,由于珍珠岩石粉的韧性提好,从而提高的该方便板材的可塑性,能够防止其受压而折断。通过多聚二甲基环硅氧烷一方面能够提高该防火板材的憎水性能,另一方面在压制该板板材时方便脱模。
