Autoclaved aerated concrete slab and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete slab and a preparation method thereof. The autoclaved aerated concrete slab is composed of a base material and a steel bar net or a steel bar framework embedded in the base material, wherein the base material is prepared from Portland cement, quicklime powder, a siliceous material, desulfurized gypsum and water-based aluminum paste, the siliceous material is prepared from quartz beneficiation waste mud and furnace slag, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) adding water into the quartz beneficiation waste mud and thefurnace slag to prepare mixed slurry, and adding water into the desulfurized gypsum to prepare desulfurized gypsum slurry; 2) uniformly mixing the mixed slurry, the desulfurized gypsum slurry, quicklime powder, Portland cement, water-based aluminum paste and water, pouring into a mold, fixing the steel bar net or the steel bar framework in the mold, and standing for hardening to obtain a green body; and 3) releasing the green body from the mold, cutting, and maintaining under autoclave. The autoclaved aerated concrete slab disclosed by the invention is high in strength, large in bearing capacity, good in durability, good in heat-insulating property, reduced in drying loss and low in production cost.
