Foamed ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of foamed ceramic. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing tailings with a sintering aid, a reinforcing agent, a dispersing agent and a foaming agent to form a mixture, wherein the mixture comprises, by weight, 50%-90% of the tailings, 5%-30% of the sintering aid, 4%-15% of the reinforcing agent, 0.1%-1% of the dispersing agent and 0.1%-5% of the foaming agent, the tailings comprise tantalum-niobium tailings, and the mass content of silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide in the tailings is larger than 85%; and mixing and grinding the mixture and water to prepare slurry, and carrying out granulating, ageing, firing and cooling to obtain the foamed ceramic. The preparation method is simple and convenient to operate, fully utilizes the tantalum-niobium tailings, and carries out green and environment-friendly treatment on the tantalum-niobium tailings to prepare the foamed ceramic with high compressive strength, good water permeability resistance and excellent fireproof performance, so the pollution of the tantalum-niobium tailings to the environment is effectively reduced, and the utilization rate of the tantalum-niobium tailings is increased.
本发明提供了一种发泡陶瓷的制备方法,包括:将尾矿与助烧剂、增强剂、分散剂和发泡剂混合均匀形成混合物,其中,按重量百分含量计,所述混合物包括50%‑90%所述尾矿、5%‑30%所述助烧剂、4%‑15%所述增强剂、0.1%‑1%所述分散剂和0.1%‑5%所述发泡剂,所述尾矿包括钽铌尾矿,所述尾矿中二氧化硅和三氧化二铝的质量含量大于85%;将所述混合物与水混合研磨制成浆料,经造粒、陈腐、烧制和冷却,得到发泡陶瓷。该制备方法简单,操作方便,充分利用钽铌尾矿,进行绿色环保处理,制得抗压强度高、抗水渗透性好、防火性能优异的发泡陶瓷,有效降低钽铌尾矿对环境的污染,提高钽铌尾矿的利用率。
