Preparation process of extrusion molding ceramic pug
The invention discloses a preparation process of extrusion molding ceramic pug, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic manufacturing processes. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and uniformly mixing selected ceramic powder, a dispersing agent and a plasticizer to obtain a mixture; adding an additive into the obtained mixture to obtain pug, wherein the additive comprises 20-40% of pug blending water, 1-2% of glass water, 0.3-0.5% of sodium humate and 3-8% of a binder; stirring the obtained pug, bagging, vacuumizing, sealing, placing, and aging; and finally putting the obtained aged pug into a kneading machine, carrying out kneading pugging, and putting the pug into a vacuum extruder after pugging to obtain the extrusion molding pug segment. According to the invention, by adding an acidic silica sol as a plasticizer and sodium humate, the quality of the ceramic and the qualified rate of the finished blank are improved; and the pug is aged after being vacuumized, so that the plasticity and the forming performance can be improved, the strength of the green body can be improved, and the firing deformation probability is reduced.
本发明公开了一种挤出成型陶瓷泥料的制备工艺,属于陶瓷制造工艺技术领域。包括将选用的陶瓷粉体、分散剂和增塑剂搅拌并混合均匀,得到混合料;向所得混合料中加入添加剂:泥料调和水20‑40%、玻璃水1‑2%、腐植酸钠0.3‑0.5%、粘结剂3‑8%,从而得到泥料;再将所得泥料搅拌后装袋,抽真空密封,放置并进行陈腐;最后将所得陈腐泥料放入捏合机中捏合炼泥,炼泥后将所得泥料置入真空挤压机中,得到挤出成型泥段。本发明通过添加酸性硅溶胶作为增塑剂和通过添加腐植酸钠,提高陶瓷的质量和成坯合格率;通过将泥料抽真空后陈腐,可以提高可塑性和成型性能,同时可提高坯体的强度,减少烧成的变形机会。
