The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, and discloses a magnesium-calcium sintered powdery resin which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-50% of xylene,10-20% of naphthalene, 10-15% of methylnaphthalene, 5-10% of dimethylnaphthalene, 15-20% of biphenyl, 5-10% of bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, 2-6% of formaldehyde and 30-36% of zirconium dioxide. Theliquid paraffin and zirconium dioxide are added, so that the ion diffusion speed is increased when the sintering temperature is higher, the sintering of a sample is effectively promoted, the physicalproperties of a finished product are greatly improved, the amount of free calcium oxide is reduced, and the hydration resistance of the product is improved; meanwhile, preparation is simple and convenient, the production cost is reduced, and popularization is facilitated.
本发明涉及粘合剂技术领域,且公开了一种镁钙烧成粉状树脂,成分按重量百分比为:40‑50%二甲苯、10‑20%奈、10‑15%甲基萘、5‑10%二甲基奈、15‑20%联苯、5‑10%二环芳香族烃、2‑6%甲醛和30‑36%二氧化锆。本发明通过加入液体石蜡和二氧化锆,使得烧结温度较高时,离子扩散速度提高,有效的促进了样品的烧结,使得成品的物理性质得到较大的提高,致使游离的氧化钙量减少,使其抗水化性能得以提高;同时制备简单方便,降低生产成本,利于推广。
