Method for reducing steam curing cost of autoclaved aerated concrete
The invention relates to a method for reducing steam curing cost of autoclaved aerated concrete. The method comprises a pouring process and a steam curing process, a pouring side plate is adopted in the pouring process; and the steam-curing side plate with the width corresponding to that of the autoclaved aerated concrete blank is adopted to replace the pouring side plate, and then the steam-curing process is conducted. The invention discloses the method for reducing the steam curing cost of the autoclaved aerated concrete. The steam-curing side plate with the width corresponding to that of the autoclaved aerated concrete green body is adopted, and the pouring side plate is replaced in the overturning and peeling process of the autoclaved aerated concrete green body, so that the design width of a steam-curing trolley can be effectively reduced, the size of a corresponding autoclave can be reduced, and the production cost is greatly saved; and the replacement procedure is selected and designed in the overturning and peeling procedure, so that the original production process and production efficiency are not influenced.
本发明涉及了一种降低蒸压加气混凝土蒸养成本的方法,包括浇注工序和蒸养工序;所述浇注工序中采用浇注侧板;采用与蒸压加气混凝土坯体对应宽度的蒸养侧板替换浇注侧板后进入蒸养工序。本发明的一种降低蒸压加气混凝土蒸养成本的方法,采用与蒸压加气混凝土坯体对应宽度的蒸养侧板,在蒸压加气混凝土坯体翻台去皮的过程中对浇注侧板进行置换,可有效缩小蒸养小车的设计宽度,更可使相应的蒸压釜的尺寸减小,大幅节约生产成本;选择置换的工序设计在翻台去皮工序,不影响原先的生产流程及生产效率。
