The method has the beneficial effects that a normal-pressure high-temperature cracking method is adopted to replace a high-pressure synthesis method, an adopted synthesis device is simple, the safety is high, large-scale batch production is easy to realize, and the synthesis costis relatively low; the highest temperature of the synthesis reaction is increased, and the synthesis yield and the molecular weight of the polycarbosilane are increased; no reagent or solvent is addedin the cyclosilane synthesis process, the problem of difficult post-treatment is solved, and the synthesis method is low-carbon and environment-friendly.
