Method for repairing large-spacing joint of concrete pavement slab
The invention relates to a large-spacing joint repairing method of a concrete pavement slab. The method comprises the following steps: S1, making drilling preparation; to be specific, determining thewidth of a joint and the length range needing to be repaired, determining a drilling position according to the joint opening condition between adjacent pavement slabs, and carrying out positioning andscribing; determining the drilling depth according to the thickness of the pavement slab; S2, carrying out drilling construction; specifically, carrying out inclined drilling on the pavement slabs, enabling a drill rod to penetrate the position between every two adjacent pavement slabs, and forming a connecting channel which penetrates through every two adjacent pavement slabs and is arranged inan inclined mode; S3, implanting steel bars; specifically, implanting twisted steel bars into the connecting channel; and S4, carrying out crack pouring treatment; specifically, carrying out joint cleaning treatment and then carrying out asphalt mixture filling, carrying out maintenance construction, and carrying out joint sealing treatment. According to the invention, the connection strength between the adjacent pavement slabs is enhanced, so that the joints with poor connection between the adjacent pavement slabs are not easy to further open subsequently; and the repairing effect of the adjacent pavement slabs is good.
本发明涉及一种混凝土路面板大间距接缝修补方法，其包括以下步骤：S1、钻孔准备，确定接缝的宽度以及需修补的长度范围，根据相邻路面板之间的接缝张开情况，确定钻孔位置，定位划线；且根据路面板厚度确定钻孔深度；S2、钻孔施工，在路面板上斜向钻孔，使钻杆穿过两个相邻的路面板之间，形成穿过相邻两个路面板且倾斜设置的连接通道；S3、钢筋植入，采用螺纹钢筋，植入连接通道内；S4、灌缝处理，对接缝进行清缝处理后填充沥青混合料，养护施工，并进行封缝处理。本发明具有增加了相邻路面板之间的连接强度，使相邻路面板连接较差的接缝处后续不易进一步张开；相邻路面板修补效果较好的效果。
