The invention discloses a connecting structure of an FRP pipe restrained seawater and sea sand recycled concrete curved arch and a foundation. A curved arch body comprises an FRP pipe, an FRP rib cages, FRP plates and FRP bolts. One end of the FRP pipe is obliquely inserted into a foundation body; the FRP pipe is filled with seawater and sea sand recycled concrete; the FRP rib cage comprises FRP ribs and FRP stirrups; the FRP ribs penetrate through the FRP plates; the FRP bolts are in threaded connection with the ends of the FRP ribs and abut against the outer sides, close to the ends of the FRP ribs, of the FRP plates. A plurality of FRP plates are arranged at the ends, extending into the foundation body, of the FRP ribs so as to increase connection between arch feet of the curved arch body and the foundation body, and limiting FRP bolts are arranged on the FRP plate on the outermost side so as to prevent the FRP ribs from being pulled out of the FRP plates. The anchoring performanceof the curved arch body and the foundation body is enhanced, various internal forces at arch feet can be effectively resisted, and the connecting performance of the curved arch body and the foundationbody is improved.
