According to the structure, instantaneous impact stress generated between the comb plate and concrete below the comb plate during vertical displacement of a bridge is avoided, the influence of temperature stress is reduced, and the maintenance rate, the maintenance difficulty and the maintenance cost of the expansion joint are reduced. During the construction, after the anchoring plate is welded and fixed with a beam body reinforcing steel bar, concrete of the expansion joint is poured firstly, then the buffer rubber pad and the vertical displacement rubber pad are laid, and the comb plate is installed, so that the error-tolerant rate in the construction process can be increased, and the concrete pouring quality is effectively controlled.
