The invention discloses a special cast-in-place pile drilling machine for road bridge construction, which is characterized in that a rotating plate not only can be horizontally arranged above a fixingframe and but also can be vertically arranged on the outer side of the fixing frame after being overturned by 90 degrees; a sliding plate, a first motor, a supporting plate, a conveying auger, a second motor and a limiting cylinder are mounted on the right side of the rotating plate; a soil outlet is formed in the side wall of the upper part of the limiting cylinder; an orifice positioning baffleassembly sleeves the outer wall of the lower part of the limiting cylinder in a clearance manner; the lower end of the conveying auger extends out of the limiting cylinder; a drill bit is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the conveying auger; when a moving ring descends to the lowest position, all arc plates and alloy blades are just spliced into a complete panel, and when the moving ring ascends to the highest position, all the arc plates are separated from the alloy blades so as to form a gap allowing soil to pass through between the arc plates and the alloy blades. The drilling machine solves the problems that the drill bit inclines due to unbalanced stress of a common drilling machine, the construction is affected, there are a lot of impurities at the bottom when the drill bit istaken out, and the performance of a filling column is affected.
本发明公开了一种路桥梁施工专用灌注桩钻孔机,转动板既能水平置于固定架上方,又能翻转90°后竖直置于固定架的外侧;转动板的右侧安装有滑板、第一电机、支撑板、输送绞龙、第一电机、限位筒,限位筒的上部侧壁上开设有泥土出口,限位筒下部外壁间隙套装有孔口定位挡板组件,输送绞龙的下端伸到限位筒外,并在输送绞龙的底端固连有钻头,当移动环下降到最低位置时,所有弧板与合金刀片正好拼合为一块完整的面板,当移动环上升到最高位置时,所有弧板与合金刀片分离,从而在弧板与合金刀片之间形成供泥土通过的缝隙。该钻孔机解决了常见的钻孔机因受力不平衡导致的钻头发生倾斜,影响施工和钻头取出时底部有大量杂质,影响灌装柱性能的问题。
