Bracket for large cantilever assembly of three-main-truss double-layer steel truss arch bridge and assembling method
The invention provides a bracket for large cantilever assembly of a three-main-truss double-layer steel truss arch bridge. The bracket comprises an upper bracket body and a lower bracket body, whereinthe lower bracket body comprises lower bracket horizontal steel pipes which are connected with the pier body and oppositely pulled through steel strands, and generally, the lower bracket horizontal steel pipes are arranged in a bilateral symmetry mode; the upper bracket body comprises an upper bracket horizontal rod connected with a pier top steel beam joint, and the end, which is away from the pier body, of the upper bracket horizontal rod is connected with an upper bracket inclined rod; and an arch foot steel beam is installed on the pier top steel beam joint, and the other end of the archfoot steel beam is supported by an upper bracket inclined rod. According to the invention, a bracket supporting structure for drilling construction under a deepwater condition is effectively avoided,the construction difficulty is greatly reduced, materials are saved, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明创造提供了一种三主桁双层钢桁拱桥大悬臂拼装用托架,包括上托架体和下托架体;所述下托架体包括与墩身连接并通过钢绞线对拉的下托架水平钢管,通常,下托架水平钢管左右对称布置;所述上托架体包括与墩顶钢梁节点连接的上托架水平杆,该上托架水平杆远离墩身的一端连接有上托架斜杆;在墩顶钢梁节点上安装有拱脚钢梁,该拱脚钢梁另一端由上托架斜杆支撑。本发明创造有效避免了在深水条件下钻孔施工托架支撑结构,大大减小了施工难度,节省材料,节约工期。

The invention provides a bracket for large cantilever assembly of a three-main-truss double-layer steel truss arch bridge.
