The invention discloses a novel intelligent parking spot lock which comprises a lifting pile. The lifting pile comprises a supporting mechanism, two lifting mechanism and a car stopping mechanism. Thelifting mechanisms are arranged in a pre-buried barrel, and each lifting mechanism comprises a rotating module, an anti-collision module and a connecting module. The rotating module is arranged in the pre-buried barrel, and the anti-collision module is connected to the rotating module in a sleeving mode. In the lifting pile, the rotating module rotates in the pre-embedded barrel to ascend or descend such that the car stopping mechanism is driven to ascend or descend and ascending or descending of the lifting pile is realized, thus vehicles can be intercepted and blocked. The car stopping mechanism is used for detecting vehicles. When the car stopping mechanism is in contact with a bottom plate of the car to generate downward pressure, an induction switch located at the bottom of the pre-buried barrel is triggered, the induction switch closes the lifting mechanism and controls a motor in the lifting mechanism to rotate reversely to lower the car stopping mechanism. The anti-collision module is arranged in the pre-buried barrel in a matched mode and used for protecting the rotating module and avoiding the situation that the rotating module is damaged and lifting of the lifting pilecannot be achieved.
