The device comprises a bottom plate, a motor, a blower, a connecting plate and an ignition gun, wherein a machine body is fixedly mounted above the bottom plate; a supporting plate is fixed to the right side of the bottom plate; a feeding hole is formed below the left side of the machine body; a first rotating roller is installed on the left side of the interior of the machine body; a second rotating roller is installed below the connecting plate; a second clamping needle is fixed to the surfaceof the second rotating roller; the two ends of the connecting plate are connected with movable rods; the movable rods penetrate through the supporting plate; and the tail end of the supporting plate is connected with a limiting block.
