Interlocking pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an interlocking pile and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of underground structure construction. The interlocking pile comprises a plurality ofplain piles and a plurality of meat piles, the plain piles and the meat piles are vertically arranged at intervals, the adjacent plain piles and meat piles are interlocked with one another, the plainpiles are fiber cement soil cast-in-place piles, and the meat piles are reinforced concrete piles; and during construction, cement is added to the undisturbed soil excavated by a drilling machine inthe hole forming process of the plain piles for being mixed, a fiber tensile material is added to form the fiber cement soil, and the fiber cement soil is poured as the plain piles to form the interlocking piles interlocked with the meat piles. According to the interlocking pile, the difference of elastic modulus and strength between the fiber cement soil and surrounding strata is smaller, the problem of easy deviation of plain pile bodies due to uneven hardness and softness is avoided, and the purposes of controlling the deformation and deviation of pile foundation and improving the quality of pile forming are achieved; and meanwhile, as the fiber material with high tensile strength is added to the fiber cement soil, the tensile strength of the plain piles is improved, and the problem ofcracking of the plain pile bodies due to soil mass cutting in the interlocking process of the meat piles is avoided.
本发明公开一种咬合桩及其施工方法,涉及地下结构施工技术领域,咬合桩包括多个素桩和多个荤桩,素桩和荤桩间隔竖直设置,相邻的素桩和荤桩相互咬合,素桩为纤维水泥土灌注桩,荤桩为钢筋混凝土桩。施工时,通过在素桩成孔施工过程中钻机旋挖出来的原状土中加入水泥进行搅拌,并加入纤维抗拉材料形成纤维水泥土,灌注该纤维水泥土作为素桩,与荤桩咬合形成的咬合桩。纤维水泥土和周边地层的弹性模量和强度差异较小,避免了软硬不均导致的荤桩桩身易偏位问题,达到了控制桩基变形偏位、提高成桩质量的目的。同时,由于纤维水泥土中添加了抗拉强度高的纤维材料,提高了素桩的抗拉强度,避免了在荤桩咬合施工过程因切削土体导致的素桩桩身开裂问题。
