Pile film cofferdam structure capable of reducing revetment deformation and construction method thereof
The invention provides a pile film cofferdam structure capable of reducing revetment deformation and a construction method thereof. The cofferdam structure comprises vertical steel pipes, transverse supporting rods, inclined supporting rods, supporting steel plates, water retaining steel plates and soil bags; the vertical steel pipes comprise upstream face vertical steel pipes and downstream facevertical steel pipes; the upstream face vertical steel pipes and the downstream face vertical steel pipes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and every two corresponding vertical steel pipes are connected through the second transverse supporting rods; the two supporting steel plates are arranged at the two ends of the first transverse supporting rod correspondingly and parallel to the revetments on the corresponding sides of the first transverse supporting rod, and the lower parts of the supporting steel plates are inserted into a riverbed; the water retaining steel plates are arranged on the front sides of the upstream face vertical steel pipes, and the lower parts of the water retaining steel plates are inserted into the riverbed; and the spaces between the upstream face vertical steel pipes and the downstream face vertical steel pipes are tightly filled with the soil bags. According to the pile film cofferdam structure, revetments on the two sides are supported throughthe supporting steel plates, pressure borne by the revetments is dispersed, and the revetment deformation is reduced; and meanwhile, the double-row vertical steel pipe piles are adopted, so that thestructural stability is improved.
本发明提供了一种减小驳岸变形的桩膜围堰结构及其施工方法,其中围堰结构包括:竖钢管、横撑杆、斜撑杆、支护钢板、挡水钢板和土袋;所述竖钢管包括迎水面竖钢管和背水面竖钢管;所述迎水面竖钢管与所述背水面竖钢管一一对应设置,相对应的两个所述竖钢管之间通过所述第二横撑杆相连;所述支护钢板包括两块,分别置于所述第一横撑杆的两端,且均与其对应侧的驳岸平行设置,其下部插入河床中;所述挡水钢板置于所述迎水面竖钢管的前侧,且其下部插入河床中;所述迎水面竖钢管和背水面竖钢管之间紧密填充所述土袋。本发明采用支护钢板在两边驳岸做支护,分散驳岸承受的压力,以减小驳岸变形;同时采用双排竖钢管桩,增加了结构稳定性。
