Method for measuring horizontal displacement of envelop structure and inclinometer
The invention discloses a method for measuring the horizontal displacement of an envelop structure. The initial included angle between a pipe orifice of an inclinometer casing and the envelop structure is measured; the segmented horizontal displacement amounts of the inclinometer casing are measured in a segmented manner; an inclinometer rises or falls by a preset distance, the segmented measuringstep is executed repeatedly until the inclinometer rises or falls to the measuring terminal end of the inclinometer casing, and the multiple segmented horizontal displacement amounts are obtained; and the multiple segmented horizontal displacement amounts are accumulated, the total displacement amount of the inclinometer casing is obtained, and the total displacement amount is used as the horizontal displacement amount of the envelop structure. A horizontal angle sensor is additionally arranged in the inclinometer, then the rotation angles of the horizontal directions of all parts of the inclinometer casing are measured, the measuring precision of the horizontal displacement amount of the inclinometer casing can be improved, the monitoring precision of the envelop structure is effectivelyimproved, and risks in the construction process of a foundation pit are reduced.
本发明公开了一种围护结构水平位移的测量方法,测定测斜管管口与围护结构之间的初始夹角;分段测量测斜管的分段水平位移量;将测斜仪升起或降落预定距离,重复执行分段测量步骤,直至测斜仪升起或降落至测斜管的测量终止端,得到若干个分段水平位移量;累加若干个分段水平位移量,得到测斜管的总位移量,将总位移量作为围护结构的水平位移量;本申请通过在测斜仪中加入水平角度传感器,进而测量测斜管各部位的水平方向的旋转角,可以提高测斜管水平位移量的测量精度,有效的提高了围护结构的监测精度,减少了基坑施工过程中的风险。
