The invention discloses a connecting assembly and a steel structure fabricated beam column connecting node. The connecting assembly is suitable for interconnection of components in the first direction, the second direction and the third direction which are perpendicular to one another in a three-dimensional space, and comprises a cross-shaped node core and a plurality of connecting plates, whereinthe side walls of the cross-shaped node core in the first direction and the second direction are connected with the components in the first direction and the second direction through threaded parts respectively, the two ends of the cross-shaped node core in the third direction are welded with an upper cross-shaped node cover plate and a lower cross-shaped cover plate respectively, the componentsin the third direction are placed on the two sides opposite to each other of the upper cross-shaped cover plate and the lower cross-shaped cover plate, and the components in the first direction and the component in the second direction are connected with the components in the third direction through the connecting plates and are fixed through the threaded parts. The beam column connecting node comprises the connecting assembly, full bolt fixation is achieved, meanwhile, plastic hinges are formed at the end parts of the beam, plastic hinge outer moving is achieved, and the design concept of thestrong node weak rod piece is met.
