The assembled shear wallboard connecting device comprises a first connecting piece for connecting to the top of a shear wall and a second connecting piece for connecting to the bottom of the shear wall, wherein the first connecting piece comprises a first installation plate, and a plurality of installation rods are connected to the upper side of the first installation plate; the second connecting piece is provided with an installation space, the bottom of the installation space is provided with a second installation plate, a plurality of installation holes are formed in the second installation plate, the installation rods penetrate through the installation holes, and the ends, penetrating out of the installation holes, of the installation rods are fixed through fixing pieces and limited in the installation space. The invention also provides a method for assembling the shear wallboard by using the assembled shear wallboard connecting device.
