Shear wall structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the field of shear wall construction, in particular to a shear wall structure and a construction method thereof. A wall body and a waterproof layer coating the wall body are included; the wall body is made from rebars and concrete due to pouring; the concrete comprises, by mass, 100-130 parts of ceramsite, 45-69 parts of river sand, 32-55 parts of pottery sand, 40-70 partsof coal ash, 110-135 parts of cement and 30-48 parts of kaolin; and the shear wall structure is made sequentially through the steps of rebar bundling, shear wall formwork erecting, concrete preparation, concrete pouring, formwork dismantling, waterproof layer construction and the like. The shear wall structure has good waterproof performance and anti-seeping performance, so that the rebars in thewall body of the shear wall are not prone to the rusting condition, and the structural strength and the bearing capacity of the shear wall can be guaranteed easily.
本发明涉及剪力墙施工领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种剪力墙结构及其施工方法,包括墙体以及涂覆于墙体的防水层,墙体由钢筋以及混凝土浇筑制得,混凝土包括以下以质量份表示的组分:陶粒100‑130份、河砂45‑69份、陶砂32‑55份、粉煤灰40‑70份、水泥110‑135份和高岭土30‑48份;依次经过钢筋捆扎、剪力墙模板支设、混凝土制备、混凝土浇筑、拆除模板和防水层施工等步骤制得剪力墙结构,且该剪力墙结构具有良好的防水性能以及抗渗性能,使得剪力墙的墙体内的钢筋不容易出现锈蚀的情况,有利于保证剪力墙的结构强度以及承载能力。
