Preparation method of simple aerogel daylighting glass
The invention discloses a preparation method of simple aerogel lighting glass. The method mainly comprises the following steps that transparent aerogel particles are prepared by adopting a sol-gel method in combination with a supercritical drying technology; a cavity between two pieces of glass is filled with the transparent aerogel particles; and the two pieces of glass are encapsulated, and theaerogel lighting glass is obtained. The aerogel daylighting glass has excellent thermal insulation performance, noise reduction performance, lighting performance, sunshade performance and fireproof performance, and the construction is convenient. According to the preparation method, the excellent performance of the aerogel and the advantages of the hollow glass are well utilized, and the operationis simple.
本发明公开了一种简单的气凝胶采光玻璃的制备方法,主要包括一下步骤:采用溶胶‑凝胶法结合超临界干燥技术制备透明气凝胶颗粒;将透明气凝胶颗粒填充于两块玻璃之间的空腔;将两块玻璃进行封装,制作气凝胶采光玻璃。本发明制备的气凝胶采光玻璃具有优良的保温性能、降噪性能、采光性能、遮阳性能、防火性能,施工方便。本发明的工艺制备方法,很好利用了气凝胶优异性能以及中空玻璃的优势,操作简易。
