Three-pipe type steel bar connector suitable for steel bar connection between fabricated concrete shear walls
The invention relates to a three-pipe type steel bar connector between fabricated concrete shear walls and a construction method of the three-pipe type steel bar connector. The three-pipe type steel bar connector comprises a connector main body (1), a sleeve (2), a thick gasket (3), an upper to-be-connected steel bar (4) and a lower to-be-connected steel bar (5); the connector main body (1) is ofa three-pipe type structure, the upper to-be-connected steel bar (4) penetrates through an upper steel bar penetrating hole (9) from top to bottom, the lower to-be-connected steel bar (5) penetrates through a lower steel bar penetrating hole (10) from bottom to top, the sleeve (2) and the thick gasket (3) are installed at the exposed end of the steel bar extending out of the upper end of the lowersteel bar penetrating hole (10), the connector body (1) and the upper to-be-connected steel bar (4) are pre-buried in the upper fabricated concrete shear wall (12), and the lower to-be-connected steel bar (5) is pre-buried in a lower fabricated concrete shear wall (14). According to the connector, the lap joint length between connecting steel bars is reduced, the connector is suitable for rapid installation on a construction site, and the working efficiency is improved.
