The invention discloses an energy-saving type building house. The portions above the two sides of a building body are each connected with a rainwater collecting mechanism. Each water tank is arranged below the corresponding rainwater collecting mechanism. Each water tank communicates with the rainwater collecting mechanism through a conveying pipe. A first water pump is arranged inside each water tank. The inner sides of the two sidewalls of the building body are each provided with a cooling pipe. A first water pipe is connected to a water inlet of each cooling pipe. The end of each first water pipe is connected with the water outlet end of the corresponding first water pump. A second water pipe is connected to a water outlet of each cooling pipe. A water outlet of each second water pipe communicates with the corresponding water tank. The energy-saving type building house has the advantages that rainwater can be collected for cooling the house and flushing a toilet bowl, power generation is performed through solar energy, and electric energy is saved.
