The invention discloses a green energy-saving construction method for building reconstruction. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparation before construction: cleaning a wall surface with a cleaning agent for 2-3 times, spraying the cleaning agent from top to bottom by a method of spraying the cleaning agent during cleaning, and naturally drying the wall surface after spraying.According to the construction method, firstly, cleaning the wall surface by adopting the cleaning agent to improve the cleanliness of the wall surface and leave shellac and polyacrylamide emulsion inthe cleaning agent on the wall surface to enhance the combination between the coating and the wall surface in coating construction so that the adhesive force of the coating is improved and thus the treatment of the cleaning agent is added before coating spraying and the heat preservation capability of the wall surface is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑改造的绿色节能施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,施工前准备:将墙面先采用清理剂清理2‑3次,清理中通过喷涂清理剂的方法,清理剂从上到下进行喷涂,喷涂后至墙面自然干燥即可。本发明的施工方法先采用清理剂对墙面进行清理,清理一方面为了提高墙面的清洁度,另一方面将清理剂中的紫胶、聚丙烯酰胺乳液留在墙面上,在涂料施工中增强涂料与墙面间的结合,从而提高涂料的附着力,因而本发明的工艺在涂料喷涂前增加了清理剂的处理,提高墙面的保温能力。
