The invention discloses a preparation method of a synthetic floor material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking plant ash, coal slime, slag powder, pyruvate, silicate, anadhesive, sandstone, graphite fiber, cotton fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, wood fiber, PVC resin, straw particles, polyethylene and grass fiber for later use; (2) putting the components into a stirringmixer and controlling the rotating speed to be 800-1200 rpm and the time to be 20-32 minutes to obtain a mixed material; (3) putting the mixed material into a granulator, granulating at the temperature of 122-126 DEG C and cooling the obtained granules; and (4) putting the granules into a sieving machine to obtain granules with the diameter of 0.6-1.8 cm, and drying and packaging the granules toobtain a final regenerated plastic floor material product. According to the preparation method, plant ash, coal slime, slag powder and the like are used as main raw materials to replace solid wood, and the cost of the synthetic floor is reduced by 30% or above.
