Device and method for controlling thickness of cast-in-place concrete floor slab and thickness of negative reinforcement protective layer
The invention discloses a device for controlling the thickness of a cast-in-place concrete floor slab and the thickness of a negative reinforcement protective layer. The device comprises a horizontalreinforcement. A plurality of splayed reinforcement legs are fixedly connected to the bottom of the horizontal reinforcement to form a reinforcement stool. Before floor slab concrete is poured, multiple steel bar stools are arranged on the floor slab negative reinforcement, horizontal steel bars of the reinforcement stools and the floor slab negative reinforcement are bound through iron wires, thedistance between every two adjacent steel bar stools is 1 m, the stool faces of the reinforcement stools serve as the standard when the concrete is leveled, the iron wires are cut off after levelingand the reinforcement stools are recycled. The device is simple in structure, easy and convenient to manufacture, construct and use, low in cost and capable of being recycled.
