The invention discloses a construction method for a roof combined hoisting system of a daylighting roof. The construction method comprises the following steps of S1, mounting a first gantry crane, setting a glass inlet and paving a lane plat temporarily; S2, mounting a movable second gantry crane; S3, transporting glass one by one to the glass inlet and hoisting the glass vertically to the roof; S4, flatly placing the glass on the roof to a flat car to be transported to to-be-mounted positions; S5, hoisting the to-be-mounted glass by moving the second gantry crane, and putting the to-be-mounted glass in a glass mounting rack according a designed mounting angle; and S6, repeating the steps 3 to 5 till the glass is mounted. By arranging the first gantry crane, the glass on the ground is hoisted favorably and the ground space is not occupied; by arranging the second gantry crane, the to-be-mounted glass is positioned and fixed movably, so that accurate mounting is facilitated and the construction time is saved; by arranging the lane plate and the plate car, roof transportation of the glass is guaranteed, so that the manpower is saved greatly and the construction efficiency is improved.
