The invention discloses a pipe truss processing bed-jig and a pipe truss manufacturing process, and solves the problems that the pipe truss processing efficiency is low and the accuracy is hard to effectively control in the prior art. The invention provides the technical points that the pipe truss processing bed-jig comprises two groups of chord member placement shelves for placing chord members,wherein each group of chord member placement shelf comprises multiple groups of vertically arranged installation rods; connecting rods are connected between the bottom ends of the multiple groups of installation rods of each chord member placement shelf; the arrangement directions of the installation rods in the two groups of chord member placement shelves are in parallel; the installation rods inthe two groups of chord member placement shelves are in one-to-one correspondence; connecting wires of the installation rods are perpendicular to the extending directions of the chord member placement shelves; two groups of chord member placement plates are movably arranged on the installation rods; positioning pieces are arranged between the chord member placement plates and the installation rods; and fixed pieces for fixing chord members are arranged on the chord member placement plates. Through the scheme, the chord members in a pipe truss are fixed in advance by utilizing the processing bed-jig, so that the pipe truss is further conveniently processed as a whole, the efficiency is improved, and a final finished product is more accurate.
