Integrated chassis and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an integrated chassis used for being connected with a composite wallboard. The integrated chassis comprises a cellular board and facing bricks arranged on the cellular board. The integrated chassis further comprises a glass fiber reinforced plastic frame. The glass fiber reinforced plastic frame comprises a bearing plate, and the bearing plate is used for installing a composite wall body. The bottom of the glass fiber reinforced plastic frame is connected with a first glass fiber reinforced plastic resin layer. The cellular board is bonded onto the first glass fiber reinforced plastic resin layer. A second glass fiber reinforced plastic resin layer is arranged on the cellular board and further connected with the glass fiber reinforced plastic frame. The facing bricks are arranged on the second glass fiber reinforced plastic resin layer. The surfaces, far away from the cellular board, of the facing bricks are higher than the horizontal plane where the bearing plate is located. A framework of the integrated chassis and the glass fiber reinforced plastic resin layers are connected into a whole, structural connection is stable and the waterproof effect is good.The facing bricks protrude out of a second groove for arrangement, the composite wallboard is clamped between the facing bricks and the frame, and the position of the composite wallboard is made stable. According to a manufacturing method of the integrated chassis, the working procedures are simple and production can be facilitated.
