Multi-station bicycle lifting parking platform
The invention provides a multi-station bicycle lifting parking platform which comprises a single-motor worm and gear driving device, a gear synchronous belt transmission device, a bicycle lifting platform device and a rack. The single motor drives the worm and gear to rotate; the single worm is matched with a plurality of worm gears; the worm rotates to drive a plurality of worm gears to rotate; each worm gear rotates to drive the synchronous belt connected with the worm gear to work; a set of gear reversing system is arranged in each gear synchronous belt system and comprises large and smallelectromagnetic clutches and a reversing gear, the rotating direction of the worm gear is always unchanged; the rotation direction of the final synchronous belt wheel can be changed by controlling theworking conditions of the large and small electromagnetic clutches so that lifting of the lifting platform is controlled; meanwhile, the photoelectric door on the lifting platform can control the working states of the large and small electromagnetic clutches, stopping of the lifting platform at the upper and lower limit positions is determined and vehicle taking and parking are realized, whereinthe working states of all the gear synchronous belt systems are independent of one another without mutual influence.
本发明提供一种多工位自行车升降停车平台,包括单电机蜗轮蜗杆驱动装置、齿轮同步带传动装置、自行车升降平台装置和机架。本发明通过单电机驱动蜗轮蜗杆转动,单蜗杆和多个蜗轮相互配合,蜗杆转动带动多个蜗轮转动,每一个蜗轮的转动带动与之连接的同步带工作,每一个齿轮同步带系统中设置有一套齿轮换向系统,包括大小电磁离合器和换向齿轮,蜗轮的转动方向始终不变,控制大小电磁离合器的工况可以改变最后同步带轮的转动方向,从而控制升降平台的升降,同时升降平台上的光电门可控制大小电磁离合器的工作状态,从而决定升降平台在上下两个极限位置的停止,从而实现取车和停车。其中每一齿轮同步带系统的工作状态都相互独立,互不影响。
