The single-drive-controlled double-ring-shaped stereo garage comprises steel structure frames, a power transmission device, inner ring rotary vehicle carrying devices, an outer ring vehicle carrying plate and an elevator, wherein the steel structure frames are of a concentric double-ring structure and comprise inner ring steel structure frames and outer ring steel structure frames; and the power transmission device is arranged in the center of the annular steel structure frames, the inner ring rotary vehicle carrying devices are fixedly installed on the inner ring steel structure frame of each layer, the outer ring vehicle carrying plates are fixedly installed on the outer ring steel structure frame of each layer, and the elevator is arranged between an outer ring stand column and an inner ring stand column of the steel structure frames.
