A supporting frame for supporting the steel wire rope is arranged between the limiting device and the rope winding machine. The supporting rod device corresponding to the position of the limiting device is arranged on the second base. A hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the second base. The supporting rod device is in sliding connection with the second base under the action of the hydraulic cylinder.
