The invention discloses a steady flow external window, which comprises a window frame. A fixed frame is arranged on the window frame, a movable frame is connected on the fixed frame, the movable framecomprises profile bars, the profile bars are correspondingly connected with rotating strips in a hinged mode, thickness directions of the rotating strips are perpendicular to surfaces connected withthe rotating strips and the profile bars, one ends, away from the profile bars, of the rotating strips are hinged to the movable frame, and the movable frame is fixedly provided with a driving mechanism driving the movable frame to move; the fixed frame is provided with a locking mechanism connected with the movable frame, the locking mechanism comprises limit ring grooves formed in the outer sideof the movable frame, the limit ring grooves are formed in the movable frame in the circumferential direction, the inner side of the fixed frame is slidably connect with limit strips, when the limitstrips move towards the fixed frame in the centerline direction, the limit strips can be inserted into the limit ring grooves, and the limit strips are connected with limit springs pushing the limit strips to move towards the fixed frame in the centerline direction; and the limit strips are provided with opening mechanisms. The steady flow external window has the effect of forming stable air flowwhen outdoor air enters a room.
