The invention discloses a safety entrance guard with an anti-pinch function, and relates to the technical field of safety entrance guards. A rotating shaft is vertically and rotatably arranged in a box body; and connecting plates are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the side wall of the side, close to the box body, of the door plate and fixedly arranged onthe rotating shaft in a sleeving mode after penetrating through the side wall of the box body. A limiting column is fixedly arranged on one side wall of the connecting plate and the front side wall of the interior of the box body; torsion springs symmetrically sleeve the upper end and the lower end of the rotating shaft; infrared safety gratings are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the upperside and the lower side of the two opposite faces of the box body, and the infrared safety gratings are connected with a power source in the electric control box. A coded lock is fixedly arranged onthe front side wall of the door plate on the left side; and the lock cylinder of the coded lock is inserted into the left side wall of the door plate on the right side so that people going in and outof the pedestrian path opening can be limited; meanwhile, the door plates cannot be locked when the bodies of the people do not completely pass through the access control, hands or clothes of the people are effectively prevented from being clamped between the two door plates and the safety performance of the entrance guard is improved.
