The invention discloses a building photovoltaic panel louvered curtain wall capable of being independently adjusted. Each independent single crystal panel base is provided with at least three liftingdevices; each lifting device comprises a motor, a driving gear, a first driven gear, a second driven gear, a control rod, a first driven gear shaft and a second driven gear shaft; the motor is fixed in the independent single crystal panel base; the driving gear is fixed on the output shaft of the motor; the first driven gear is fixed on the first driven gear shaft; the second driven gear is fixedon the second driven gear shaft; the two ends of the first driven gear shaft and the two ends of the second driven gear shaft are installed in the independent single crystal panel base through corresponding bearings. Racks on the two sides of each control rod are meshed with the first driven gear and the second driven gear, the driving gear is meshed with the first driven gear, and the top of eachcontrol rod in each independent single crystal panel base is connected with the single crystal panel through a universal hemisphere. The rotating mode is flexible, and the output power of the photovoltaic cell can be improved.
