The embodiment of the invention provides a connection structure between a track beam and a shield tunnel. The connection structure comprises a steel pipe sheet, a base and a supporting seat, and the steel pipe sheet is used for forming a lining ring of the shield tunnel; the base comprises a reinforcement cage and a concrete layer, the reinforcement cage is welded to the steel pipe sheet, and theconcrete layer is formed by pouring concrete on the reinforcement cage; and one end of the supporting seat is connected with the base, and the other end of the supporting seat is detachably connectedwith the track beam. Due to the detachable connection of the supporting seat and the track beam, the position of the track beam can be adjusted according to the linear change of the shield tunnel according to the site construction requirements, and the track beam can be conveniently maintained and replaced. The embodiment of the inventionfurther provides a construction method of the connection structure between the track beam and the shield tunnel and the shield tunnel. The shield tunnel comprises the connection structure between the track beam and the shield tunnel.
