Method for driving garage carrying trolley via hydraulic system
The invention discloses a method for driving a garage carrying trolley via a hydraulic system. The garage carrying trolley is driven by the hydraulic system to operate; and wheels of a vehicle to be carried are clamped and fixed by controlling clamping arms to rotate through swing cylinders. Up-and-down lifting of an upper frame of the carrying trolley is achieved through driving of a lifting cylinder, advancing and retreating of the carrying trolley are achieved through driving of a walking motor, and forward and reverse rotation of the clamping arms, up-and-down lifting of the lifting cylinder and advancing and retreating of the trolley are achieved through reversing valves connected to a hydraulic system respectively. The driving speeds of the walking motor, the lifting cylinder and anoscillating cylinder are controlled by the flow of the hydraulic system, and the driving loads of the walking motor, the lifting cylinder and the oscillating cylinder are controlled by the pressure ofthe hydraulic system; and the driving load equals the weight of the vehicle carried by the carrying trolley. Power can be adjusted through the hydraulic system to meet the requirements of various different working conditions of the carrying trolley, and the operation process is safe and reliable.
