The invention discloses an eddy-current damping device using a lever mechanism. The eddy-current damping device comprises a permanent magnet array, a lever clamping plate, a lever body, a first levercover plate, a second lever cover plate, a shaft sleeve, a self-lubricating sliding plate, a bolt, a lug base, a first adjusting screw, a supporting column, an internal magnetic-conductive steel plate, an external magnetic-conductive steel plate, an internal conductor, an external conductor and a second adjusting screw. The eddy-current damping device is connected with a TMD mass block and a base.By means of the eddy-current damping device, quantity of permanent magnets is greatly reduced, by using the bilateral magnetic field of the permanent magnets, a small quantity of permanent magnets obtains the required damping force through an amplifying mechanism, and the permanent magnet installation difficulty and risk are reduced. The eddy-current damping device is high in bearing capacity, low in friction force and high in durability. Magnetic shielding measures are taken, and the influence of the magnetic field on the surrounding environment can be reduced; continuous stepless adjustmentof a magnetic field gap can be achieved, that is, the damping force can be steplessly adjusted. Under high-cycle-index TMD vibration, the performance is stable, and temperature slowly rises.
